As Jesus says in A Course In Miracles: “Heaven is not a place nor a condition. It is merely an awareness of perfect oneness and the knowledge that there is nothing else!”
Heaven is essentially the 5th Dimension. As actualized Beings of light/love, we still participate in many of the activities and celebrations here on earth in the 3rd Dimension, but we also live very differently than most humans. Living in a State of Awareness we see everything very objectively without giving it meaning. I often teach my students that they can give; negative meaning – positive meaning – or no meaning to everything. However in the 5th Dimension we know that everything just is, and the meaning we ascribe to a situation will create our reality. Therefore we tend to be very positive people, with a sunny disposition, accepting every experience as an opportunity to grow, learn and pour out love/light.
Our goal from here on out is to live in alignment with The Divine essence of pure love. For many of us, we use meditation as a way for us to come back into awareness and realignment with oneness.
Having been a Christian for 33 years, I was never taught to meditate. In fact we were taught that meditation was a New Age thing to abstain from because it might conjure up evil spirits.
One memory I have of my time as a Christian Prayer Team Leader was; when I was having Saturday morning Prayer Meetings at the church. On one particular morning, this lady who was known in the church as being very spiritual, came in and asked if she could ask me something. I said; “sure!” She then proceeded to ask me if I did yoga, (I’m sure she found out I do yoga, because of my RFWellness Facebook Group) in which I confirmed that I do practice yoga. That’s when she said, with a very passionate voice filled with anger and fear, and making an effort to humiliate me in front of my team; “You could ignite the Kundalini spirit,” which she believed was evil!
I calmly told her we could discuss this outside after the meeting. However, not liking my response, she immediately got up and left. At that time I had no idea what Kundalini was all about, and had absolutely no fear of it, but I was doing yoga and starting to practice meditations.
My first introduction to guided meditations was with Bob Proctor on YouTube. He used the method of visualization of a bright light coming from The Divine, beaming down into the top of my head (Crown Chakra) and healing my body. I found that I really enjoyed his meditations and went online searching for other guided meditations.
The next meditations I subscribed to on YouTube; were done by “The Honest Guys!” They are a couple of guys from the U.K. that started a YouTube channel for giving honest opinions and reviews on various self-improvement methods, but it eventually turned into a full blown meditation channel. I would encourage you to check them out. They have a plethora of meditation videos on a vast array of topics.
As I progressed through my meditation journey, I came to realize that meditation wasn’t just for manifesting success or healing, but it was really intended to go beyond the mind and realign with The Divine. That’s when I started down loading meditative music and would try to quite my mind. I quickly learned that the more we resist our thoughts, the more active they are. So for a long time I would just let thoughts come in and out like waves in the ocean, without engaging with them.
While I did that, I realized they would slow down and then I began to notice the space or stillness between the thoughts and that was my new focus!
I’m not sure who I was listening to on YouTube about meditation, but they were teaching that during meditation we should shift our attention to the inside/middle of our forehead, and that was my introduction to the Third Eye. Focusing on this area, caused something quit miraculous to happen. First my body (starting with my hands and arms) would begin to tingle, as if they were falling asleep, until they would go numb and I couldn’t feel them anymore. The vibrations in my body would mask the feelings of my limbs. I’ve come to know from other spiritual experiences, that what we are is energy particles and during these times, I’m experiencing my True Being.
Along with the tingling I would also experience a sensation of being high. Later I came to understand that I was tapping into the Pineal Gland that produces DMT ( The Spirit Molecule) which can induce a psychedelic mystical experience. This is now being proven by scientists like The Cottonwood Research Center.
Having meditated for over 7 years now I can get on my meditation mat, close my eyes and quickly go into this state of mind that I call “Going Home!” This is when I feel most aligned with The Divine.
If you don’t have a meditation practice, now is the time to start one. I would suggest meditating several times a week to start out, just so that you can create a meditation habit. “The Honest Guys Meditations” are a great place to start, gradually moving beyond thought and into awareness of your connection with The Divine.

Guiding people out of the darkness of fear of the unknown and into the light of aligning with The Divine.
P.S. As for The Kundalini Spirit; It’s nothing to be fearful of, it’s just the Divine Feminine Spirit at the base of the spine waiting for the egotistical blockages to dissolve so it can flow freely.
