Being born means to enter into “Somebody Training” or the 3rd Dimension where we take on a gender, ethnicity, socio-economic status and are given a name for this body/mind!
During our journey through the 3rd Dimension, we are really in the phase of making the Egotistical Programmed Mind (E.P.M.) and we are taught by; parents, teachers, peers and society that our goal is to feel loved, wanted, needed and accepted, which is ultimately to be special. Specialness in this dimension means that happiness will be achieved.
We all seek out a path in order to be special. We may become; athletes, get degrees or strive for a high paying career. Many of us join a religion, get involved with politics or maybe get married, have kids and buy a nice house. If none of these pan out to produce a lasting feeling of specialness and fulfillment, we can always turn to social media, where we can get busy amassing a great amount of followers and try to feel special in this way! If all else fails, we can simply fall into the role of playing a victim of others; continually allowing the E.P.M. to remind us of all the pain and loss others have caused us. Whatever role we play, it’s just a role and not what we truly are as a Spiritual Being, but at this point we don’t know that yet.
The problem with specialness is that it will always cost us our peace. Specialness always makes comparisons, because it is established by lack seen in another. Which keeps us in a perpetual state of judgment. Although our True Self wants nothing more than to be unconditional love, our Egotistical Programmed Mind entraps us in a prison house of the belief that we are these body/minds, and we are in competition with one another.
After many long hard years on this path of specialness only to be left feeling frustrated, empty and depressed, many of us will let our Egotistical Programmed Mind to lead us into coping mechanisms to relieve this pain and suffering. Therefore we turn to sex, drugs, alcohol, shopping, binge watching Netflix etc. or maybe we make drastic life decisions such as; ending relationships, getting divorced, quitting our job, or moving away in order to find peace, joy and happiness.
The only way out of this conundrum, is to be willing to surrender what we’ve always done and turn within to do inner healing of our Egotistical Programmed Mind’s thoughts and beliefs. This essentially is the dismantling of the Egotistical Veil of Specialness that hinders us from knowing what we Truly are.
Entering 4th Dimension
Now we are entering the 4th Dimension as we start living in awareness of this E.P.M, doing Spiritual Heart Surgery, following the Inner Guidance and beginning to know what we Truly are, at this point healing begins to take place. This ignites a fire in us to keep going on this awakening journey, which also produces a considerate amount of confidence and peace, that proves we are on the right path.
The 4th Dimension is where the magic happens. As we are awakening to what we Truly are, we are also experiencing and recognizing our Higher Faculties of; intuition, synchronicities, telepathy, manifestations, outer body experiences, etc. At first the E.P.M. can even use these experiences to try and pull us back into specialness, but the awakening process is the process of realizing; we are not these individual body/minds, but rather we are one with each other and one with The Divine. There is no place where we end and The Divine begins.
Shifting Into The 5th Dimension
To be honest I really thought the 5th Dimension is our graduation, after all it’s the journey’s end. I thought it would be easy street, all down hill from here. But 5th Dimension for me has been the final stripping away of being a body/mind. Like Ram Dass says; “It’s No-Body Training” and it’s painful because it’s the final death of specialness! He also says; “There is great grief at this level of consciousness!”
To enter the 5th Dimension there needs to be a foundation laid of knowing that this life is all a dream and these body/minds are an illusion. What’s interesting, is that you’d think having this understanding of this life being a dream, would be enough to be done with the Egotistical Programmed Mind, but it’s not. We have to be able to see thoughts for what they are, just thoughts. Labeling them; Past/Future/Them, and then dropping the thoughts, is very helpful to see the programming.
Next we need to recognize the ego’s tendencies to plan or create expectations and label those thoughts as; Plans/Expectations. I find these are the most subtle thoughts and often difficult to recognize, because it seems like planning is a good – responsible thing to do, but in truth it keeps us believing we are these body/minds. Jesus says in A Course In Miracles; “A healed mind doesn’t plan!” That’s because we are simply following and trusting The Divine’s guidance.
I will say; I understand now that the final death to the ego, is to use our Christ vision and to see our brother/sister as innocent. This truly is salvation! Here is what Jesus says in A Course in Miracles about innocence;
“The body can only be looked upon except through judgment. To see the body is the sign that you lack vision, and have denied the means the Holy Spirit offers you to serve His purpose. Salvation from the body/mind is to release the desire to see my brother as guilty and know their innocence. You have the vision to look past all illusions. With your savior-brother. Your vision has become the greatest power for the undoing of illusion that God could give. Your chosen home is on the other side of the veil (of guilt) you will not see it with your body’s eyes.”
I’m here to admit, I had no idea how painful it would be to see my brothers/sisters as innocent. In order to do this, we have to see past bodies and know that at their core they are; Innocent Divine Spiritual Beings having a dream of playing these roles, that we essentially put them in.
What’s mind blowing is the reason it’s so hard to see everyone as innocent, is because I will have to see myself as innocent, when in fact, I’ve spent a life time seeing myself as guilty. While in the shower this morning, The Divine reminded me about a time when I attended a church, that taught us to respond to someone asking how we are doing with; “better than I deserve!” This seems like a humble response, but in truth it’s a sign of a dualistic 3rd Dimension mind, that doesn’t know it’s oneness with The Divine. This is an example of the on going guilty programming I received.
The 5th Dimension Is No Joke!
We’ve been essentially programmed this entire life to be special. In fact we get rewarded for playing a special human and like Christ and other Gurus, we are rejected for being a Divine Spiritual Being. That’s why it’s so hard to walk away from these roles, and yet it’s the most fulfilling.
This Easter I’m reminded that we have two choices; continue to place a proverbial crown of thorns on my brother’s/sister’s head’s and declare us guilty or hand them a white Lilly and declare our innocence. Which ever I choose, will determine my state of mind or level of consciousness.
Well there you have it my dear reader, the awakening journey in a nutshell. Now it’s time for you to figure out where you are on the path; 3rd – 4th – 5th Dimension, get busy dismantling the E.P.M. along with finding others to walk with you on the awakening journey, as you come out of the darkness of the guilty mind and into the light of Innocence.
